Exciting, multimedia and emotional.
The true story of the wall.
A must for anyone who wants to grasp one of the most dramatic historical events in German history.
The audiovisual exhibition spans a dramatic arc from the German division and the construction of the Berlin Wall over the Cold War and the fate of the victims of the Wall, to the historic events that caused the fall of the Berlin Wall.
On more than 100 screens with original film recordings from the period from 1945 to 1990 - the most beautiful day of the Germans - the reunification!
The exhibition deals with the post-war period, the temporary division of Germany by the victorious powers and the concomitant hardening of the relations between East and West, which finally brought the founding of the FRG and the GDR, as well as the first establishment of a wall around West Berlin.
